You will lead AI-driven feature development, guide AI agents, and ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development in an agile team.
• Hands-on experience delegating work to AI agents and reviewing outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software features within your team’s domain using AI-assisted workflows.
• Guide AI agents, architect solutions, set constraints and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Drive automated testing, verification, and quality checks for every feature.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver scalable software.
• Maintain documentation for features, decisions, and configurations.
