Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology or related field or relevant technical certifications.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in business process analysis or related technology functions.
• Experience designing, configuring, scripting, or implementing technology solutions that automate processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and business systems to reduce manual effort.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to increase productivity and streamline operations.
• Support and continuously improve enterprise applications and productivity tools through projects and enhancements.
• Promote responsible adoption of technology, automation, and AI while ensuring security, privacy, and governance.
