Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Five (5) years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms and IPaaS/RPA tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflow and integration automation solutions from analysis through maintenance.
• Design, build, and enhance workflows, data flows, and business rules.
• Ensure stability, availability, and security of automation platforms and applications.
• Perform routine admin tasks including user management and environment monitoring.
• Collaborate with units to understand automation needs and implement solutions.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Document workflow diagrams, data flows, and runbooks; keep stakeholders informed.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation.
