Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience performing business analysis, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system implementations.
• Experience working with reporting, data analysis, or enterprise systems in a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and the ability to analyze and document workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and contribute to system documentation and training.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding with an understanding of business processes.
• Analyzes needs to design, develop, and support reports, workflows, and collaboration solutions that improve data access and efficiency.
• Partners with campus departments to apply reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools to support decision-making.
• Translates requirements into functional specifications aligned with enterprise data structures and security.
• Develops and maintains reports, workflows, integrations across enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
• Provides operational support, troubleshooting, and user training for reporting, workflow, and AI tools.
• Assists in evaluating and piloting AI technologies and documenting best practices for adoption.
