Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a Business Systems Analyst on its AI and Automation team to design automated solutions for existing processes and align them with business requirements and the organization's digital strategy.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and release plans while leveraging AI tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years soliciting, reviewing and analyzing business requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare domain
• 1+ years of experience gathering and working through business/technical requirements
• 1+ years of experience communicating with leadership
• 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs, project scope, feasibility and prioritize deliverables
• Define objectives and document business requirements with clear, testable criteria
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, Architects and stakeholders to ensure understanding
• Assist in QA and UAT by writing test scripts and documenting defects
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product roadmaps and release plans
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog and acceptance criteria
• Communicate progress and risks regularly with Automation leadership and stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to support key roles and responsibilities
