Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy & Operations, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or strategic FP&A roles.
• Expert-level Excel and data modeling; comfortable with incomplete data and defensible answers.
• Background in IB, top-tier consulting, or fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly/annual business planning cycles and translate strategy into budgets and forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage executive stakeholder relationships for end-to-end execution.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure from scratch to deliver clear narratives, dashboards, and reviews.
• Lead forward planning and scenario modeling for capacity and resource planning.
• Own financial and operational mechanics, linking planning cycles to overall strategy.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and other teams to align inputs and resolve priorities.
• Identify gaps in planning processes and drive end-to-end resolution.
