Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring an Associate Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You’ll translate client needs into requirements, support discovery workshops, and design AI-driven workflows within an agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience, with meaningful exposure to insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution)
• Proven ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AI tools including prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work within client delivery team under Delivery Manager for sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification
• Support client discovery workshops and identify opportunities to add value
• Translate client needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs for engineering/product teams
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in design
• Perform analytical reporting of product performance using ThoughtSpot and similar tools
• Design and optimise AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies
• Improve BA practices efficiency through AI-enabled automation
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT for end-to-end flows and AI outputs
• Collaborate within agile teams to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies
• Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements through iteration
