Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least five (5) years of related work experience
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and diagramming tools (Claude including Claude Design and Claude Cowork); familiarity with wire-framing tools (Figma, Miro) a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity and requirements tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and validating AI-generated output for accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to guide stakeholders through ideas and prototypes
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience managing requirements, backlogs, and sprint deliverables
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements in various formats (diagrams, user stories, screen mock-ups)
• Collaborate with IT to assess options, estimate resources, and create project schedules
• Measure usability and effectiveness using quantitative data and stakeholder input
• Facilitate and manage business requests and set stakeholder expectations
• Assist with communication, training, and change management
• Analyze project progress and provide feedback to management
• Use AI tools to draft and accelerate requirements documentation and user stories
• Identify AI opportunities and partner with AI Products team to scope them
• Research requirements with agentic AI platforms and prototype solutions for review
• Present findings and prototypes clearly to attorneys and business stakeholders
