Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to drive day-to-day billing for AIM products and services. You will execute scheduled and event-driven billing, validate calculations, reconcile across custodians, and process partner payments.

Work with Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance to enhance controls, implement automation, and improve the advisor experience. A Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in financial operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in investment or billing operations.
• Experience processing advisory fee billing or high-volume operational workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and custodial/portfolio systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute billing operations for AIM products and services across cycles and event-driven requests.
• Champion automation and AI within billing; test and implement improvements.
• Validate calculations, reconcile activity across custodians, resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments to third-party managers with documentation and controls.
• Maintain billing procedures, QA, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries and test enhancements.
• Support new product launches and continuous process improvement.
