Job summary

The role blends distributed systems engineering with AI-assisted development to give teams a single place to understand, debug, and improve service health.

You will own projects end-to-end, collaborate with product, infrastructure, data, and SRE, and ship features rapidly while maintaining high reliability and code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience and building data-intensive apps.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a centralized reliability command center.
• Create AI agents for incident triage and log summarization.
• Develop APIs and features to explore data and debug issues.
• Leverage AI tooling to prototype and ship high-quality code.
• Own projects end-to-end from requirements to rollout.
• Collaborate with product, infra, data, and SRE teams.
