Responsibilities

• Drive top-line revenue by acquiring new customers and penetrating top-tier accounts in Italy.
• Cross-sell additional Zendesk products to optimize revenue.
• Manage key relationships for satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth.
• Lead multi-month deals with PoC stages and secure executive sponsorship.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecast to exceed goals.
