Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master in the Americas OCTO to lead Agile delivery for AI-enabled tech initiatives. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure efficient, high‑quality product and platform delivery across engineering, product, and architecture teams.

The role emphasizes backlog refinement, sprint execution, and executive reporting, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive total rewards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Facilitate backlog refinement and planning sessions with Product Owners, ensuring work is prioritized and ready for development.
Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
