Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of AI-enabled technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, managing plans and risks, and maintaining Jira dashboards, while partnering with Product Owners, UX, and stakeholders to maximize flow and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and planning sessions with Product Owners, ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, estimated, and ready for development.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Operate in a Scrum capacity and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on-time.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery analytics, and Agile coaching.
