Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery of strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You’ll own delivery planning, governance, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure AI‑enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage plans, and maintain Jira/Confluence dashboards while working with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to maximize flow and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience with Agile product delivery and PMO governance.
Strong collaboration with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and roadmap commitments.
Support resource planning, RAID governance, and executive reporting.
Lead backlog refinement and planning with Product Owners for ready work.
Align delivery plans with product priorities and release milestones.
Monitor product delivery milestones, feature releases and adoption metrics.
