Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for strategic technology initiatives in the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to maximize flow and ensure high-quality AI-enabled products and platforms.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, with a focus on timely delivery and continuous improvement. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

Experience delivering through Agile/Scrum methodologies with strong governance.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management and governance.
Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and delivery timelines.
Support roadmap execution and release milestones with product priorities.
