Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for AI-enabled technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to maximize flow and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, guiding sprints, roadmaps, and reporting while fostering continuous improvement through analytics and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics for status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and roadmaps.
• Support governance, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate backlog refinement with Product Owners and ensure work is prioritized and ready.
