Job summary
EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support AI-enabled technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to maximize flow and high-quality delivery.
The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, driving backlog refinement and roadmap execution with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.
- Experience with PMO processes, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint events.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Administer Jira boards, dashboards, reporting.
- Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones.
- Support roadmap execution and release planning.
- Drive delivery predictability and remove impediments.
- Provide delivery metrics and executive reporting.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
