Allocate is building an AI-native product organization designed to move ideas quickly from concept to shipped product. You will sit at the center of product, engineering, design, and leadership to remove blockers and accelerate decisions while preserving quality.

You will work alongside makers, not above them, acting as a technical operator inside the product organization to help ideas move fast. This role speeds execution and scales the team, using AI tools to prototype, draft specs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping real products in fast-moving startup environments.
• Maker mindset with a bias for prototyping over slides.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling and its impact on teams.
• Excellent async communication and decision-oriented behavior.
• Ability to hold context across business, product, design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate delivery by shortening feedback loops and cutting cycles.
• Keep multiple workstreams moving without bottlenecks or bureaucracy.
• Identify blockers and remove them on the same day.
• Provide leadership with signal, not noise, about shipped work and risks.
