Qualifications

6+ years delivering software or data projects in a delivery, Scrum Master, or agile leadership role.
Ability to adapt delivery frameworks for AI-adjacent environments.
Experience using AI tooling in a professional setting.
Proven track record coordinating across multiple teams with program-level alignment.

Responsibilities

Enable successful delivery across 4+ cross-functional product, engineering, and data science teams.
Coach Agile practices to improve flow, predictability, quality, and outcomes.
Create visibility into delivery health, capacity, risks, and progress against commitments.
Drive cross-team alignment by managing dependencies and bottlenecks.
Support annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, and portfolio execution processes.
Translate priorities into executable plans and governance mechanisms.
Maintain roadmaps, strategic plans, and decision logs for the portfolio.
Monitor progress and surface risks and tradeoffs.
Serve as a trusted operating partner to leadership.
Improve organizational effectiveness with data-driven insights and AI-enabled methods.
