Job summary

Safelite Group seeks an Agentic Experience Designer to define intelligent experiences across conversation, voice, and interfaces. You will shape interaction models, ensure trust and transparency, and partner with product management and engineering from exploration to production.

You will design end-to-end customer, client, and colleague experiences, handling uncertainty, context, and escalation while advancing Safelite’s AI-enabled services. This is a hands-on IC role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in product/UX/interaction/conversation/content design.
• Demonstrated experience designing conversational AI products in production.
• Strong interaction design across conversation, interface, IA, and service experiences.
• Fluency with AI throughout the design process including prototyping and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic experiences and end-to-end interactions with intelligent systems.
• Define how experiences move across conversation, voice, visual interfaces, and actions.
• Ensure transparency, consent, and explainability in the experience.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering from discovery to production.
• Create reusable interaction patterns and contribute to design system growth.
• Move patterns across thousands of interactions and measure impact.
