Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Product Director, Agentic Experiences to own the end-to-end portfolio across customer, client, and colleague audiences. You will translate vision into executable roadmaps, supervise a team of product managers, and drive AI-enabled agentic features in production.

You'll run discovery, experiments, and performance analysis, partnering with Technology, Design, Analytics, and Operations to ship measurable outcomes and create scalable living agent systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping conversational or agentic products.
• Fluency with AI across product lifecycle.
• Hands-on analytics experience with relevant platforms.
• Experience with agentic architectures and APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic roadmap across audiences and channels.
• Lead discovery, definition, launch, and improvement.
• Balance near-term performance with foundational work and future capabilities.
• Lead and grow the product team.
• Set AI fluency standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations, and Sales.
