Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Senior Product Director for Agentic Experiences to own the roadmap across customer, client, and colleague audiences. You will translate vision into executable plans, lead a team of product managers, and drive discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled agentic experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or digital product experience, with ownership from strategy through launch
• Experience shipping conversational or AI-enabled products in production
• Fluency with AI across the product lifecycle: strategy, discovery, analysis, prototyping
• Hands-on analytics using performance platforms to read funnel performance and retention
• Experience with agent platforms, LLM orchestration, and observability tooling
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, identity, and multi-system transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to operate in ambiguity

• Own the agentic roadmap across customer, client, and colleague audiences
• Translate vision into an executable roadmap with clear priorities
• Lead discovery and delivery from problem definition to launch and improvement
• Balance performance with foundational platform work and future capabilities
• Scope, build, and ship agentic experiences handling thousands of conversations
• Run the experimentation engine and evaluate outcomes using data
• Define how agent performance is measured and act on data insights
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers
• Set AI fluency standards and establish efficient ways of working
