Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Product Director, Agentic Experiences, to own the agentic roadmap across customer, client, and colleague audiences. You will turn vision into a roadmap, then lead discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement, while guiding a team of product managers and partnered teams to ship impactful AI-enabled experiences.

You will foster AI fluency, design experiments, measure performance, and balance near-term delivery with foundational platform work as you scale agentic systems

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or digital product experience with leadership of PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic roadmap across customer, client, and colleague audiences.
• Run discovery and delivery day to day from problem definition through launch and continuous improvement.
• Make tradeoff decisions based on customer impact, business value, effort, risk, and learning potential.
• Balance near-term performance, foundational platform work, and the next generation of agentic capability.
• Scope, build, and ship agents that handle thousands of conversations and improve them in production.
• Run the experimentation engine: deploy tests, simulate outcomes, and find opportunities for self-improvement.
• Own how agent performance is measured and act on data to improve outcomes.
• Lead platform partners with clear standards for delivery and collaboration.
• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of product managers and establish AI fluency.
