Job summary

Safelite is seeking a design professional to shape agentic experiences for customers, clients, and colleagues. You will craft end-to-end interactions across conversation, voice, visuals, and structured inputs, ensuring clear intent, context gathering, and actionable outcomes.

You'll establish interaction models, balance user control with risk, and integrate transparency and explainability into the experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of product design, interaction design, UX design, conversation design, content design, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for agentic AI that interact naturally with users.
• Define how experiences move across conversation, voice, visual interfaces, structured inputs, and system actions.
• Design how agents interpret intent, gather context, and communicate outcomes.
• Account for changing intent, incomplete information, and interruptions in real interactions.
• Connect the agent experience to the underlying service and outcomes.
