Job summary

IFS North America, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to join the Agentic Studio team to shape human-AI collaboration with intuitive interfaces for AI agents and human users.

You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers and designers to craft end-to-end experiences, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for agentic workflows, ensuring accessibility and inclusive design across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showing process and output quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
• Working understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for configuring and managing AI agents with different capabilities.
• Create handoffs between human creativity and AI execution.
• Develop design patterns for real-time collaboration between multiple AI agents.
• Build onboarding experiences to help users understand AI agent capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, PMs and researchers to drive designs from concept to execution.
