Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a motivated analyst to support advisory projects related to programs and portfolio management from our McLean office. You will help develop charters, schedules, risk plans, and client communications, and contribute to training materials and decks.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in business, communications, or related fields, with a 3.0+ GPA, and eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/holding a degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, public policy, organizational psychology, operations, management, strategy, political science, government, human factors/human centered design, or equivalent program.
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Eligible for or possess a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills; professional demeanor and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to projects, programs or portfolio management.
• Support development and maintenance of program/project charters, schedules, management plans, risk management and supporting artifacts.
• Support regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership and adhere to quality and performance standards set by team leadership.
• Support teams to conceptualize and determine communications and training strategies that support their goals and objectives.
• Support the development of communications and training products that support transformation goals/objectives and adoption of new technologies and/or processes.
• Develop content for and design PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, status reports.
