Job summary

KPMG is seeking an Advisory Intern to support our Advisory practice in the United States. This role focuses on assisting with projects, programs and portfolio management, creating charters, schedules, risk artifacts, and client communications.

You will contribute to training strategies and the production of PowerPoint decks, roadmaps, and status reports while applying strong problem-solving and collaboration across teams. Eligible students with solid GPAs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree as listed.
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Applicant must be eligible for or possess a U.S. Government Security clearance.
• Strong in technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility skills; ability to work with professionalism and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to leverage MS Office (with emphasis on Excel) and AI, and learn KPMG tools quickly.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills; ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with projects, programs or portfolio management.
• Support development and maintenance of program charters, schedules, management plans, risk management and supporting artifacts.
• Support regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership and adhere to quality standards.
• Assist with communications and training strategies to support goals.
• Support development of communications and training products for transformation initiatives and adoption of new technologies.
• Develop content for and design PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, and status reports.

Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Policy, Organizational Psychology, Operations, Management, Strategy, Political Science, Government, Human Factors/Human Centered Design
