Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks an Advisory Associate in the Summer/Fall 2027 timeframe to join our Advisory practice. This role supports delivery of services to clients on projects, programs, or portfolios, and helps develop charters, schedules, and risk management artifacts.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently earned a Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field, maintains a 3.0+ GPA, and is eligible to work in the U.S. We value problem-solving, collaboration, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree within 12 months in a relevant field (Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Policy, Organizational Psychology, Operations, Management, Strategy, Political Science, Government or equivalent).
• GPA 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with projects, programs or portfolio management
• Support development and maintenance of program/project charters, schedules, management plans, risk management and supporting artifacts
• Support regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership and adhere to quality and performance standards
• Support teams to conceptualize and determine communications and training strategies that support goals and objectives
• Support the development of communications and training products that support transformation goals/objectives and adoption of new technologies and/or processes
• Develop content for and design PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, status reports
