Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks an Advisory Associate for its Advisory practice in the United States. You will participate in all phases of a program or system transformation, gather and analyze data, and develop models to support client-facing discussions.

The role requires a degree in information systems or related field with a 3.0+ GPA, strong communication and analytical abilities, and the flexibility to work at office sites or remotely within the U.S. Travel may be involved based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, Applied Technology Management, Business & Computer Information, Business, Economics, Database Technology, Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or equivalent program.
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
• Ability to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications used by our clients

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of a program or system transformation, including planning and strategy, requirements gathering and analysis, design elaboration and validation, system integration and testing, and operations and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze data related to the improvement of State and Local Government processes, policies and procedures.
• Develop business process models and/or enterprise architecture models for current and target state operations.
• Develop presentation materials, project tools and meeting minutes to support client-facing discussions.
• Manage project plans, risk management activities and assist with developing project management-related documents
