Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, Organizational Psychology, Operations, Management, Information Systems, Strategy, Political Science, Government, Human Factors/Human Centered Design, or equivalent program
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
• Applicant must be eligible for or possess a U.S. Government Security clearance
• Strong in technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility skills; professional demeanor and collaborative leadership
• Ability to leverage MS Office (Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills; ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the office and be able to travel to client locations as needed
• Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; located within the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with projects, programs or portfolio management
• Support development and maintenance of program/project charters, schedules, management plans, risk management and supporting artifacts
• Support regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership and adhere to quality standards
• Support communications and training strategies that support goals and objectives
• Develop communications and training products that support transformation goals and adoption of new technologies
• Develop content for and design PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, status reports
