KPMG is seeking an Advisory Associate for its Advisory practice in the United States. This role focuses on applying data‑driven approaches to IT, financial, and operational risks, while collaborating across teams to innovate and expand service offerings.

Ideal candidates will have degrees in accounting/finance/MIS, a 3.0+ GPA, and eligibility for U.S. security clearance, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn KPMG tools quickly in a dynamic, client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, MIS, AIS, or equivalent.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Eligible for U.S. Government security clearance.
• Understanding of business processes and technology, plus data analysis techniques.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn KPMG tools and applications used by clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide data driven approaches to address IT, financial, operational risk and performance opportunities.
• Identify improvement opportunities by leveraging data and technology and understanding client business.
• Map data flow processes and analytically review client processes, transactions and systems.
• Plan and perform tests of IT and business controls, including IT security and governance.
• Conduct research, assist risk analysis and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Collaborate on designing and marketing new services and tools using emerging technologies and automation.
