Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate for our Advisory practice in McLean, VA. The role supports delivery of advisory services to clients, focusing on projects, programs or portfolio management, and helps develop charters, schedules, and risk plans.

You will contribute to client communications, create training materials, and develop decks and roadmaps. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, GPA 3.0+, and U.S. security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree with GPA 3.0+
• Eligible for or possess U.S. Government Security clearance
• Strong in technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and AI; able to learn KPMG tools
• Must reside within commutable distance to the office and have reliable transportation
• Work location may be office, client sites, or virtual/remote; must be in the U.S. when remote
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and development of advisory services for projects, programs or portfolio management
• Support development and maintenance of charters, schedules, management plans, risk artifacts
• Support regular reporting to client and KPMG leadership and adhere to quality standards
• Assist communications and training strategies to support goals
• Help develop communications and training products for transformation goals and adoption of new technologies
• Develop content for and design PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, status reports
