Job summary

KPMG is seeking an Advisory Associate for our Advisory practice in the United States. You will help develop client relationships, track milestones, and deliver high-quality client communications while applying AI-driven insights.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong GPA, plus the ability to operate across client sites and offices, potentially traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree and have obtained by the start date; degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Analysis, Business, IT, or Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Fluency with AI concepts and tools and ability to apply AI techniques to analyze data and communicate findings.
• Ability to assess, improve and reconstruct information, flows across client functions.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills; professional demeanor and collaboration.
• Work location will be in the office or at client sites; US work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Aid in developing and sustaining client relationships; prepare for client meetings, take minutes, respond to inquiries.
• Support delivery of services by tracking milestones and coordinating team activities; develop client communication deliverables.
• Perform qualitative analysis on client data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop forecasted financial baselines, business case models, and financial evaluation tools.
• Perform detailed financial modeling and analytics and summarize results for delivery model decisions.
• Coordinate offshore resources to support delivery of client-ready deliverables.
