Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years leading a team of accountants.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and process improvement.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Ability to explain complex accounting to non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global accounting team with clear roles and development plans.
• Manage and accelerate close for core accounting functions.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses per US GAAP.
• Lead ASC 718 stock-based comp, ASC 842 leases, ASC 830 FX analyses.
• Implement procure-to-pay tool from requirements to rollout.
• Support intercompany reporting with International Accounting.
• Partner with Technology for ERP enhancements and reporting.
• Document accounting policies and controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI in close processes.
