Purchasing Power is seeking a Manager, Accounting to lead the monthly close, consolidation, and technical accounting in a growing public company environment. You will supervise a team of Senior and Staff Accountants, ensuring accurate US GAAP reporting and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes SEC filing support (10-K/10-Q), ICFR/SOX, and adoption of AI-powered automation within the close process. CPA is required with 3+ years of people leadership and ERP system experience.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end close under US GAAP including journal entry review and reconciliations.
• Oversee consolidation, foreign currency re-measurement/translation and allocations.
• Support SEC filings (10-K/10-Q) and ICFR/SOX controls.
• Drive AI-powered automation and process improvements in accounting workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day close activities for monthly/quarterly/annual periods.
• Mentor accounting staff through onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
• Prepare and review close-related analytics for leadership and board materials.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Operations for accurate reporting.
