Arboreal Management in Seattle, WA is seeking an AI Accounting Lead to own AI-driven accounting workflows, from design to operation, across reconciliations, billing, cash management, and reporting. You will work with the CEO, CFO, and engineering team to continuously improve automated processes and expand integrations.

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting foundation and a passion for AI tools and automation.

Formación

• Strong foundation in accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Willingness to learn new tools, APIs, and build automations.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with ownership of workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate AI-powered workflows for reconciliations, billing, cash management, and reporting.
• Leverage Maynard platform and coding agents to automate multi-step processes.
• Monitor workflows, investigate exceptions, ensure timely results.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to expand system capabilities.
• Develop repeatable processes and enable offshore accounting team.
