Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an experienced leader to integrate accounting with AI-driven automation across the finance stack. You will steer system modernization, coordinate with engineering, and deliver automated reconciliations, close tasks, and reporting using NetSuite, Salesforce, and custom tools.

The role requires a strong background in accounting operations, project leadership, and hands-on scripting. This is a hybrid, high-impact position in a fast-growing manufacturing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years combined experience in accounting/finance operations and systems administration.
• Experience leading implementations, transformation initiatives, or enterprise systems projects.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based automation (agents, workflow automation, RPA).
• Comfort working with engineers on technical requirements and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting transformation through systems and automation.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and status reporting.
• Optimize NetSuite and Salesforce and internal systems.
• Identify, design, and deploy AI agents to automate manual accounting tasks.
• Partner with engineering on internal tools used by accounting/finance.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and proprietary systems.
• Support Finance with dashboards, data pipelines, and ad hoc automation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and IT.
