Job summary

Hadrian is hiring an accounting/systems/AI lead to design and deploy AI agents that automate accounting workflows. The role reports to Finance and collaborates with engineering on home-grown tools to modernize the finance tech stack.

You will optimize NetSuite and Salesforce, build integrations, and drive automation across reconciliations, close tasks, and reporting, while aligning with internal controls and SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise system projects and transformations.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based automation.
• Understanding of accounting close, reconciliations, and revenue processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting transformation through systems and automation.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and exec status reporting.
• Optimize NetSuite and Salesforce and internal systems.
• Design and deploy AI agents/LLM-based tools to automate manual accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering on internal tools and translate requirements into tech specs.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, proprietary systems, and other tools.
• Support Finance with dashboards, data pipelines, and ad hoc automation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
• Evaluate AI/automation tools and build business cases for adoption.
• Document processes and ensure SOX/audit controls.
• Train staff on new tools and workflows.
