WEX is seeking an Account Service Manager to serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of partners and merchants. You will drive operational efficiency through issue resolution, data analysis, and cross-functional project management.

You’ll work to maximize relationships, advocate for client needs, and lead initiatives that streamline processes while leveraging automation and AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 2–3 years in an account manager or comparable service delivery role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and trend analysis.

• Act as primary liaison for a portfolio of partners and merchants, building trust to maximize relationships.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational issues across product, billing, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional projects to deliver client needs on time and within guidelines.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation/AI where appropriate.
