Job summary

Clayco is seeking a candidate to lead discovery with operating groups to identify and size AI use cases, creating a disciplined portfolio for future engineering work. You will be responsible for ranking and setting expectations for what gets built, and you will articulate precise requirements for analytics, AI product, and automation teams.

The role requires travel nationwide, a fast-paced environment, and alignment with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Construction fluency across preconstruction, operations, or project controls.
• Ability to size work honestly with data and AI concepts.
• Clear, testable requirements that engineers respect.
• Ability to say no with rationale acceptable to sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with operating groups and functions to identify use cases.
• Size value and effort consistently to ensure meaningful ranking.
• Own the use-case portfolio and the review/ranking forum.
• Write requirements for analytics, AI product, and automation teams.
