Job summary

Clayco seeks a forward‑thinking product/portfolio manager to define and own the AI use‑case portfolio across our construction and real estate platforms. You will identify high‑impact use cases, size value and effort, and write the requirements our analytics, AI product, and automation teams build against.

This role requires construction fluency, the ability to push back when needed, and the skill to rank ideas for quarterly focus.

Qualifications

• Construction fluency across preconstruction, operations, or project controls.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with operating groups to identify and qualify use cases.
• Size value and effort so ranking meaningfully differentiates.
• Own the use-case portfolio and the review/re-ranking forum.
• Write the requirements for analytics, AI product, and automation teams.
• Track value after delivery and feed back into sizing for next cases.
• Say no with a rationale the sponsor can accept.
