Job summary

Clayco is seeking a front-door for AI initiatives to identify, size, and prioritize use cases across the company. You will define how Clayco decides what to build, own the use-case portfolio, and write the requirements that analytics, AI product, and automation teams will execute against.

The role requires construction fluency, honest sizing of capabilities, and the ability to push back when a proposed idea cannot be delivered this quarter. Travel to client sites nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into product opportunities.
• Ability to size and rank use cases with clear criteria.
• Strong ability to write precise, testable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with operating groups and functions to identify use cases.
• Size value and effort so rankings are meaningful.
• Own the use-case portfolio and the review forum.
• Write requirements for analytics, AI product, and automation teams.
• Track delivered value and adjust sizing for future cases.
• Say no when sponsorship cannot accept the rationale.
