Job summary

Diamondback Energy is seeking an AI Portfolio Strategy Lead to guide enterprise investment decisions across its AI portfolio and align initiatives with strategic goals. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio strategy or related fields.
• Experience with portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, stage gates, and executive decision forums.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including executive reporting and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and assessment of AI opportunities against strategic alignment and value.
• Maintain the integrated enterprise view of the AI portfolio, including roadmap and investments.
• Lead portfolio planning, investment decisions, sequencing, capacity allocation, and governance.
• Provide executives with concise portfolio insights and recommendations covering performance, value, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify reusable capabilities and scale proven AI solutions across functions.
