• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to summarize information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations teams to identify business problems and opportunities for AI‑assisted solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder and user discovery to understand needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Develop and validate clear problem statements before recommending solutions.
• Build, test, and refine AI‑assisted tools using approved internal platforms.
• Gather user feedback and iterate solutions based on real‑world use.
• Track solution adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create simple user guides and transition completed solutions to designated business owners.
• Use sound judgment to challenge requests when the proposed solution does not address the underlying problem.
• Participate in Digital & AI Experience team standups, planning, and working sessions.
• Prepare and present an end‑of‑summer summary of solutions delivered, adoption, outcomes, and lessons learned.
