Job summary

National Life Group is offering a 10-week paid IT Applications Development Internship in Addison, TX. You will work with the Inforce Applications team to develop, test, and support enterprise applications, gaining exposure to Agile practices and modern development tools.

On-site four days a week during core days, with mentorship and hands-on projects. The role seeks curious, analytical students pursuing a technical degree, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a technical degree (CS/IT/Math/Engineering).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of software concepts, web apps, APIs, or programming.
• Familiarity with AI tools or prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze digital customer experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Develop metrics, reporting, visualization, and recommendations for strategy and change.
• Collaborate to develop and support web apps, APIs, and internal/external solutions.
• Use DevOps tools to support code management, testing, and deployments.
