POSITION SUMMARY:
The National Life Group Internship Program was developed to provide real workplace learning and growth opportunities for undergraduate students. Over the years the program has provided students with the opportunity to engage in meaningful, career-relevant work at National Life Group in preparation for full-time employment.
This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you are in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital & AI Experience Intern will join the Digital & AI Experience team within Operations and gain hands‑on experience solving real business problems with AI‑assisted tools. Working with multiple Operations teams, the intern will learn how to uncover user needs, frame problems, test ideas, and turn promising concepts into practical solutions.
With coaching from the Digital Experience team, the intern will take assigned projects from discovery through delivery and handoff, building skills in stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, experimentation, and communication. This internship is ideal for a curious, collaborative student who enjoys learning how people work, asking thoughtful questions and exploring how emerging technology can make work simpler and more effective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
