Job summary

National Life Group - Interns is offering a 10-week summer internship in Customer Experience and Transformation. You will rotate through CX functions, analyze interactions and data, and help measure AI-enabled transformations while contributing to real improvements for customers and agents.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to present findings to leadership. Onsite schedule with core days and mentorship are part of the experience.

Qualifications

• Rising college junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree and looking for meaningful, hands-on business experience.
• Interest in customer experience, operations, technology, AI, analytics, or how business improvements work.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Customer Experience Center functions to learn how calls, escalations, workforce planning, learning, knowledge, quality, and improvement work fit together.
• Analyze customer and agent interactions, operational data, and performance measures to identify patterns and friction points.
• Support AI and digital transformation initiatives by helping measure adoption, engagement, quality, and business impact.
• Turn data into insight by creating analyses, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for leaders.
