Job summary

Init is seeking an AI Developer to join the AI Enablement team, hands-on with cutting-edge AI tech and real business impact. You will support AI-powered tooling, integrate systems, and help maintain AI infrastructure.

Colleagues include Senior AI Solutions Engineer and AI Enablement Lead; you will learn while delivering tangible results and grow your AI expertise in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software development experience with exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar).
• Basic understanding of LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered features and integrations under guidance from experienced engineers.
• Build and maintain connections between AI tools and internal business systems.
• Assist in POC development, testing, and documentation.
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Help manage AI infrastructure, including Azure AI services and self-hosted LLM frontends.
• Contribute to AI governance, data quality checks, and compliance documentation.
