Job summary

Divergent Technologies seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and productionize large‑language and multimodal model solutions. You will serve as the AI Enablement lead, helping teams adopt AI responsibly and effectively across the organization.

Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, people operations, and legal to ensure compliant AI deployment. Build self‑service resources and run regular AI workshops and office hours to uplift company-wide AI proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• Experience with ML/LLM libraries such as vLLM, LangChain, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
• Understanding of LLMs and multimodal models with performance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize large-language and multimodal model solutions.
• Lead AI enablement across the organization, including training and best-practice workshops.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and legal to ensure compliant and responsible AI.
• Implement usage monitoring and bias mitigation to improve result quality.
• Build self-service resources (playbooks, tutorials, templates) for AI adoption.
• Host AI office hours and coaching sessions to raise company AI expertise.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into product requirements for AI tools.
