Job summary

Achieve seeks an Associate AI Solutions Engineer on its Technology team to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and agents. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional partners to advance AI initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, MCP integrations, and enterprise system connections while shipping clean, reliable code and documenting solutions for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years software engineering, with exposure to building AI-powered applications.
• Technical: AI-powered app development, LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and document AI solutions; collaborate with Technology and business groups.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks; contribute to infrastructure.
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise systems (CRMs, data warehouses, etc.).
• Ship clean, maintainable code; support evaluations, monitoring, and reliability.
